Shipping & Delivery

Please allow orders to be processed in 7-10 business days after received payment. If ordered goods are not in stock or you have a customized order we will inform you in advance how long it will take for order to be processed. 

All our products are shipped direct from China via Hong Kong by fast courier company UPS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX, DPEX etc. The delivery time from China to your country may usually take from 5 – 12 business days depending on your location.

Once we ship out the goods we will provide you with a package tracking number. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery that is caused by the delivery company.

How are the shipping costs calculated?

The shipping costs are based on the weight or volume of the parcel. Due to the nature of our goods majority of our shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and the packaging of the products. Customers can expect lower shipping costs when they buy heavier goods or buy more items together. For example, the shipping cost is cheaper if we ship above 21kg instead of 15kg.

Duties and taxes may incur. If duties and taxes are imposed they are due at the time of delivery. For more details about duties and taxes please consult your local customs office.

Returns & Replacements

Our main goal is 100% customer satisfaction.

If you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, or chose the wrong item you may return the item for a refund within 20 days of receiving the goods.

Items must be in new, resalable condition to be returnable. Already used items are not returnable.

Upon receipt of these products, we will then refund you for the purchase amount of the products returned. Original shipping costs, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customized items are non-returnable.

If goods are damaged due to shipping, please provide images of the damaged packaging as soon as possible and send it to us via email:

If the return is due to our fault, we will cover the shipping cost of returned goods and will ship the correct products to you at no additional cost or arrange full refund.

Most of our products are listed in tables, this way it makes it easier for you to choose certain product or more products at the same time.

After you made your selection , please enter the coupon code for addition discount (If the promotion coupon is available) and estimate your shipping cost.

To estimate your shipping costs please select your country and enter your ZIP/Postal code and click get a quote button. You will receive best available shipping rate to your country. Select the rate and update total, the final price will be (Grand Total) displayed on the right side of your screen.

Now review which products you chose and continue with check out process.(If you already use PAYPAL, you may also check out directly by clicking Check out with PAYPAL button)

Now that you successfully placed your order, please wait until you receive a conformation. Once your package is shipped out you will receive package tracking number by e-mail.

All prices displayed are in United States Dollars (USD), for your reference, you can also view price in AUD, CAD, EURO and GBP. Displayed prices do not include the shipping costs.

By ordering from our store products may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged once your package reaches your country. If you do incur these additional charges, you might be presented with an invoice for which you are responsible.
