Shipping & Returns

 

Please allow orders to be processed in 7-10 business days after received payment. If ordered goods are not in stock or you have a customized order we will inform you in advance how long it will take for order to be processed. 

All our products are shipped direct from China via Hong Kong by fast courier company UPS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX, DPEX etc. The delivery time from China to your country may usually take from 5 – 12 business days depending on your location.

Once we ship out the goods we will provide you with a package tracking number. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery that is caused by the delivery company.

How are the shipping costs calculated?

The shipping costs are based on the weight or volume of the parcel. Due to the nature of our goods majority of our shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and the packaging of the products. 

 

Duties and taxes may incur. If duties and taxes are imposed they are due at the time of delivery. For more details about duties and taxes please consult your local customs office.

Return Policy

Our main goal is 100% customer satisfaction.

If you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, or chose the wrong item you may return the item for a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Items must be in new, resalable condition to be returnable. Already used items are not returnable.

Upon receipt of these products, we will then refund you for the purchase amount of the products returned. Original shipping costs, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customized items are non-returnable.

If goods are damaged due to shipping, please provide images of the damaged packaging as soon as possible and send it to us via email: service@diamondtoolzone.com.

If the return is due to our fault, we will cover the shipping cost of returned goods and will ship the correct products to you at no additional cost or arrange full refund.
